During the last decade at Microsoft, Tim has inspired and contributed to deliver numerous flagship devices like, Surface Duo, Surface Studio and Surface Hub 2. His current focus is to imagine and develop next generation devices and experiences across the Microsoft ecosystem. He possesses the ability to not only find innovative technical design solutions but creates and challenges experiences, materials and processes throughout the product development cycle. Having led and worked alongside a multitude of international multidisciplinary teams, Tim brings with him a unique set of skills spanning a range of disciplines, a fresh perspective, and influences from many cultures.

Prior to Microsoft, Tim has worked at design consultancies in Asia and across the United States. Through his experience, he worked on award winning products ranging in genre from consumer electronics, medical devices, furniture pieces, and user interfaces for high profile clients.
